Sine Wave Encoder

MICRONOR sine-wave encoders are used in all imaginable appliances for the purposes of position recording.

Their output signals in sine-wave form are provided as voltage signals at the output point. These signals can then be further processed in many ways in the downstream electronic equipment. By interpolation of the two signals, out of phase by 90°, it is possible to achieve very high resolutions. They can also be used with digital drive units for speed regulation purposes, even for very slow movements.

Both shaft and hollow-shaft versions are available.
